Indeedee V

CARDEX BACKGROUND

The Pokémon’s story

Indeedee senses living beings' emotions through its horns. Positive feelings provide it with energy, according to the Pokédex. In the male, this sensitivity also takes the form of attentive companionship with its Trainer, whom it cares for diligently. Its horns thus let it sense what is happening around it, while pleasant emotions sustain it. The male can extend this attention by remaining beside the person it accompanies.

A detail worth noticing

Pokémon Shield notes that Indeedee draws energy from the positive emotions it detects with its horns. Pokémon Sword specifically describes the male as a companion that looks after its Trainer. This attentive role is attributed to the male in the entry, while sensing emotions concerns the species.
