CARDEX BACKGROUND

About this Pokémon form

Alolan Diglett readily stays hidden in its burrow, even while monitoring events outside. It need only expose its small golden filaments: these metallic whiskers act as sensors. They also move when it communicates with companions. Its burrow therefore cuts it off neither from its own kind nor from signals reaching it from the surface.

Background on this form in the video games; this card’s attacks, edition and finish remain distinct.

A detail worth noticing

Alolan Diglett's unobtrusiveness contrasts with its digging power. The Pokédex specifies that it can dig directly through volcanic rock while showing itself very rarely: its activity remains largely hidden underground.
