The large jaw that characterises Mawile becomes two when it Mega Evolves. Both jaws can move as though each has its own will. In Pokémon X and Y, this transformation sharply increases its Defense and Special Defense. It also gives Mawile the Huge Power Ability, through which its Attack rises considerably as well.
