Island Challenge Amulet reduces its Pokémon-GX or Pokémon-EX holder's HP by one hundred. In exchange, if that Pokémon is Knocked Out by damage from an opposing attack, the opponent takes one fewer Prize card. The effect makes the holder more fragile while specifically changing Prizes obtained through that kind of Knock Out.
