The story behind this Trainer card

Penny returns a Basic Pokémon to your hand with all cards attached to it. The player therefore removes a complete group from the field rather than recovering only the Pokémon and abandoning its equipment. This possibility does not extend to Evolution Pokémon. The card can recover an already prepared companion and its resources, but returning to the hand means it no longer occupies its place in play.
