CARDEX BACKGROUND
The Pokémon’s story
Delibird spends much of its day carrying food. Its journeys feed the young waiting near cliffs, but its generosity may also benefit lost people. The Pokédex preserves memories of rescues made possible by its provisions. Behind its delivery-bird appearance thus emerges a life devoted to seeking, carrying and sharing.

Delibird's luggage is part of its body: it wraps food in its tail. Pokémon Ultra Moon adds that the group's leader is the one with the largest tail. This visible feature therefore also matters to the group's organization.
