CARDEX BACKGROUND

The story behind this Trainer card

This version of Great Ball searches your deck for a Basic Pokémon other than a Pokémon-ex and places it directly on your Bench. Shuffling the deck completes the setup. The Item combines a stage requirement with exclusion of a named category and does not add the found Pokémon to your hand before it enters the field.

Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.

A detail worth noticing

This printing differs from a search restricted to the top cards: it names the deck as the search area. Its Pokémon-ex exclusion must be preserved even when the target is indeed a Basic Pokémon.

Durchsuche dein Deck nach einer Basis-Pokémon-Karte (kein Pokémon-ex) und lege es auf deine Bank. Mische dein Deck danach.
