CARDEX BACKGROUND

The story behind this Trainer card

Lance searches your deck for up to three Dragon Pokémon. Selected cards are revealed and added to your hand, then the deck is shuffled. This Supporter gathers teammates of one type without specifying their evolution stage. He does not immediately put them into play or supply Energy with them: the search prepares resources for subsequent actions.

Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.

A detail worth noticing

Lance requires every target to be Dragon type without requiring them all to be Basic Pokémon. The maximum is three cards. Pokémon found must be revealed before being added to the player's hand.
