Solaroc

CARDEX BACKGROUND

The Pokémon’s story

Solrock floats silently and spins to produce intense light. It draws its strength from the sun and is especially powerful during the day. Its appearance has inspired stories of a cosmic origin, but the Pokédex presents them as rumours. Other entries credit it with reading thoughts and releasing unbearable heat. Between observations and traditions, this Pokémon seems to concentrate the effects attributed to the celestial body whose image it bears.

A detail worth noticing

Pokémon Omega Ruby reports that Solrock is said to have fallen from space, without confirming this origin. Pokémon Sword describes a glow almost as blinding as the sun when it spins. The luminous comparison is observable; the space journey remains a story.
