CARDEX BACKGROUND
Togetic can levitate without flapping its wings, but its mood depends greatly on the company it finds. It becomes discouraged around unkind people. Stories say it appears to pure-hearted people to share joy and luck. The Pokédex reports these beliefs while describing its everyday sensitivity. Its rare appearances and need for kindness meet in the same portrait: a Pokémon attracted to gentleness in others.
Background on the species in the video games; its forms and card versions may have appeared later.Pokémon Shield states that Togetic levitates without using its wings and quickly loses heart without friendly company. Pokémon Omega Ruby reports its reputation for bringing good luck. This legend seems consistent with its attraction to welcoming people without becoming proof of it.
