It provides Fighting Energy and adds twenty damage to its holder's attacks against the opponent's Active Pokémon, before Weakness and Resistance. The card concentrates both its Energy contribution and its bonus on the same Pokémon type.

A detail worth noticing

The bonus does not apply to damage against opposing Benched Pokémon. The Fighting restriction concerns the Pokémon itself: other Fighting Energy on a holder of another type is not enough to keep this card attached.
