CARDEX BACKGROUND

The story behind this Trainer card

TV Reporter draws three cards before discarding a card from your hand. You therefore choose the lost card after the new resources arrive. This wording also specifies placing the Supporter beside the Active Pokémon during use and discarding it at turn's end; that does not make it equipment attached to the Pokémon.

Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.

A detail worth noticing

The discard is not a payment made before drawing. You may choose from the hand obtained after receiving the three cards, without the text imposing a particular category on the card eventually discarded.
