CARDEX BACKGROUND

The Pokémon’s story

Copperajah lives in herds and has a trunk strong enough to crush a rock in its grip. Its green skin is highly water-resistant. The Pokédex also says it settled in Galar long ago and worked alongside humans. Its strength therefore has two settings in these entries: life among its own kind and tasks performed with people. Its robust body does not prevent this lasting relationship with the region.

Background on the species in the video games; its forms and card versions may have appeared later.

A detail worth noticing

Pokémon Shield gives a picture of Copperajah's power: its trunk can reduce a rock to dust. Pokémon Sword adds a historical fact specific to Galar, where it settled long ago and cooperated with humans.
