Brave Bangle increases its holder's attack damage by thirty against the opponent's Active Pokémon if that target is a Pokémon ex. The holder must itself have no Rule Box. The calculation comes before Weakness and Resistance. The Tool therefore depends on a condition on each side of the battle rather than giving every holder a universal bonus against all possible targets.
