CARDEX BACKGROUND
The story behind this Trainer card
Quick Ball requires discarding another card from your hand to play it. You then search your deck for a Basic Pokémon, show it, and add it to your hand before shuffling. The Item converts a hand resource into a targeted search, but does not allow searching for an Evolution instead of the Basic Pokémon.
Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.A detail worth noticing
The card paid has no required category. However, the Pokémon obtained must be Basic and enters your hand: Quick Ball does not automatically reserve a place for it on your Bench.
