CARDEX BACKGROUND

The story behind this Trainer card

Festival Grounds removes all Special Conditions from every Pokémon with Energy attached on both sides. Those Pokémon also cannot be affected by Special Conditions. The Stadium ties protection to Energy being present on each Pokémon without requiring a particular Energy type or reserving the benefit for your side.

Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.

A detail worth noticing

The criterion is checked Pokémon by Pokémon: Energy attached to one teammate does not automatically protect the others. The effect addresses Special Conditions without stating that existing damage counters are removed.
