CARDEX BACKGROUND

The story behind this Trainer card

Poké Ball flips a coin and, on heads, searches your deck for a Basic Pokémon or Evolution card. You reveal that card to your opponent and add it to your hand before shuffling. The Item grants a chance-dependent Pokémon search without a particular type requirement or directly placing the found card on the Bench.

Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.

A detail worth noticing

The two offered categories are alternatives for a single recovered card. Heads does not let you take both a Basic Pokémon and its Evolution; the text describes one choice from the deck.

Printed card effect

Wirf eine Münze. Bei „Kopf“ durchsuche dein Deck nach einer Basis-Pokémon-Karte oder einer Evolutionskarte, zeige die Karte deinem Gegner und nimm sie auf deine Hand. Mische dein Deck danach.
