CARDEX BACKGROUND
The story behind this Trainer card
Amarys draws four cards, then imposes a check at the end of the turn. If your hand then contains at least five cards, you must discard it entirely. The Supporter provides immediate resources with a delayed consequence depending on what remains. Your hand size at the moment of drawing is therefore not enough on its own to determine the final outcome.
Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.A detail worth noticing
Amarys checks the threshold at the end of the turn: five or more cards means discarding your entire hand. The effect does not merely require discarding the excess. With fewer than five cards remaining, that consequence does not trigger.
