Thick white fur covers Ampharos's head and tail when it Mega Evolves. When it amplifies the electrical energy flowing through its body, its fur and the red spheres adorning it shine intensely. In Pokémon X and Y, this transformation also adds Dragon to its Electric type, changing its profile during battle.
