CARDEX BACKGROUND
The story behind this Trainer card
Poké Maniac searches for up to three Pokémon whose Retreat Cost is exactly four. The chosen cards are revealed and taken into your hand before the deck is shuffled. The Supporter selects by a specific movement parameter without requiring a shared type or stage. A higher cost is not enough: the text requires this exact value for every target.
Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.A detail worth noticing
Poké Maniac requires a Retreat Cost equal to four, not four or more. That precision applies to each of the up to three searched Pokémon. The revealed cards enter your hand rather than being placed directly on the field.
