CARDEX BACKGROUND
The story behind this Trainer card
Level Ball searches your deck for a Pokémon with ninety HP or less. You reveal it, take it into your hand, and shuffle the deck. The choice depends on HP without an additional evolution-stage restriction. An Evolution Pokémon can meet the criterion, while a Basic Pokémon above the threshold does not qualify simply because of its stage.
Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.A detail worth noticing
Level Ball uses an HP threshold rather than an evolution level, despite its name. Exactly ninety HP or less is allowed. The Pokémon found goes into your hand without automatically evolving a Pokémon or entering the Bench.
