The story behind this Trainer card

Special Red Card requires the opponent to have three or fewer Prize cards remaining. They shuffle their hand and put it on the bottom of their deck. If they placed any cards this way, they draw three. The Item refreshes opposing resources without discarding them or shuffling them into the entire deck. The new draw depends on moving at least one card from the old hand.

A detail worth noticing

Special Red Card shuffles the hand before placing it on the bottom of the deck, not the whole deck with it. The opponent's three-card draw depends on placing cards there. Use also requires the stated opposing Prize-card threshold.
