CARDEX BACKGROUND

The Pokémon’s story

Flittle seems to skim the ground without really placing its feet on it. Psychic power emanating from its belly frills lifts its toes a little over a centimeter. It spends its time running through arid lands. If someone steals its cherished Berries, it pursues the thief for revenge. The Pokédex therefore combines subtle levitation, life in open terrain and a strong response to losing food.

Background on the species in the video games; its forms and card versions may have appeared later.

A detail worth noticing

Pokémon Scarlet measures the gap between Flittle's toes and the ground at about half an inch, or 1.3 cm. This slight levitation comes from its belly frills. Pokémon Violet shows a less peaceful temperament when its Berries are stolen.
