CARDEX BACKGROUND

The story behind this Trainer card

Bird Keeper switches your Active Pokémon with one of your Benched Pokémon. If you make that switch, you draw three cards. The Supporter joins movement on your field with a hand improvement, explicitly linking the operations. Drawing is not presented as an option separate from changing Pokémon.

Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.

A detail worth noticing

The three cards are obtained after the successful switch. The text does not let you deliberately keep the same Active Pokémon while claiming the draw as though it were an independent Supporter effect.
