Reuniclus can unite its mind with others of its kind by holding their hands. Their brains then form a network that strengthens their psychic powers. Its arms are also powerful enough to break rock; some prefer striking with them to using mental energy. The Pokédex thus presents an intelligent Pokémon whose strength comes from cooperation but also from a body able to act without it.

Pokémon Black describes a network of brains formed when several Reuniclus hold hands. Yet Pokémon Sword says some choose their arms to defeat an opponent. Their collective strength therefore does not replace their individual physical abilities.
