CARDEX BACKGROUND

The Pokémon’s story

Passimian lives in an organized group where every member has a role. The leader teaches the others to choose hard Berries to throw in battle. These fruits are also their food; the one that throws them farthest can become leader. Leaves attached to its shoulders with saliva indicate group membership. The Pokédex presents a society founded on training, cooperation and visible signs of recognition.

Background on the species in the video games; its forms and card versions may have appeared later.

A detail worth noticing

Pokémon Shield describes groups of twenty Passimian in which each has a specific function. Pokémon Ultra Sun notes that their shoulder leaves identify the group. Their organization is therefore visible both in collective work and in appearance.
