Nebel der Sagen / #039/64
Printed language: German · Pokémon
CARDEX BACKGROUND
Pecharunt keeps powerful poison in its peach-shaped shell. It uses it to make mochi offered to other beings. Those who eat them have their desires and abilities stimulated but also fall under its control. The Pokédex thus describes domination delivered through an apparently nourishing gift. Its shell serves as storage, and the food it distributes extends its will far beyond its own body.
Background on the species in the video games; its forms and card versions may have appeared later.Pokémon Violet places Pecharunt's poison reserve inside its shell and describes making the mochi. Pokémon Scarlet specifies their effect: they stimulate recipients' abilities and desires while also subjecting them to its will.
