FFVII Remake is coming to Game Pass
Midgar joins the catalogue on October 29. Before starting a subscription for FFVII Remake Intergrade, check your plan—and whether this is the game you actually want to play next.

October 29: which plans are listed?
In its October 20 announcement, Xbox lists Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade for October 29, 2026, on Xbox Series X|S, PC and cloud. The named plans are Ultimate, Premium and PC Game Pass. Essential is not listed.
Check the plan that provides access on your device before paying. An addition to the catalogue is not a promise that every subscription includes it.
Choose a game, not a longer list
Our take: this addition matters most if you already wanted to play FFVII Remake. Restarting a subscription because a familiar name appears, then finding no time to play, does not automatically make that spending worthwhile.
Ask yourself one practical question: is this the game you want to start next? If so, compare your current plan with what you need. If another game already has your attention, waiting is a reasonable choice. A large selection cannot create more free evenings.
A subscription may suit a first look. Buying can be another option to compare if you want to revisit a game over time. Without knowing your habits, we would not call either route universally better value.
Your unfinished games matter too
Xbox also lists Deep Rock Galactic and Wartales as leaving on October 31. If either is already part of your routine, that deadline may matter more than a new arrival. Check the official arrivals and departures list for the full schedule.
